regal shocker
This photo was taken about a month ago
I gained a lot of weight that time, when I say a lot of weight I mean about 30 lbs. That's why I stopped taking photos and blogging, I feel horrible for myself.
So in order to feel better, I tried to lose some weight and boy it is so hard! I ditched meryenda, (in between meals) fast food, sweets and over eating junk foods. After a month I lose 10 lbs already, another 5 lbs and Im done! Aja!
